Our experience at Hue hotel Puerta Princess was absolutely phenomenal! From the moment we arrived, RJ and Regine went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and valued. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality made our stay truly exceptional. The hotel exceeded all expectations in every way. The food was absolutely delicious—every meal was a delightful culinary experience. The pool was stunning, offering the perfect spot to relax and unwind, and the drinks were nothing short of amazing. We also indulged in a massage, and it was simply divine—one of the best we’ve ever had! The overall service was impeccable, with every member of the staff ensuring that all our needs were met promptly and with a smile. The attention to detail and the personalized care made us feel like royalty. If you’re considering where to stay, look no further! Outstanding hotel. We had a wonderful stay here. The staff is always cheerful and helpful. I love how they always politely greet guests with two words and a smile. Philippine hospitality at its best! The room was always clean, with fresh towels and nicely made, comfortable beds. Breakfast and any other food (chicken adobo) and drinks (mango smoothie) from the La-ud restaurant were so tasty! We enjoyed our time at the pool and witnessed an amazingly beautiful sunset from the private seating area near the pool. I can also recommend the massages from the spa. I would love to come back some day. Big thanks to the hotel for making our stay an unforgettable one! Salamat po :)

Great location a very short distance from the airport. We were greeted by a friendly staff member on the desk. The hotel is quite high traffic and is a little tired in places but very clean, good air conditioning, comfortable beds and no smells. Compare this to the Best Western we had to use on the return stop (because this was fully booked - we'd have stayed again) and it's superb value for half the price. Breakfast was good with plenty of variety. A perfect stop to kick off your visit to Palawan if needing an overnight whilst you wait for your transport to Port Barton or El Nido.

The tours the hotel provided were amazing and the company they used were extremely professional and super friendly - definitely worth going on Jovins island hopping tour that the hotel provides! The pool was a great bouns to have and again had a great setup going! Overall an amazing hotel to stay at and extreme value for money. The staff really make the stay!

The rooms are quiet nice, but the Hotel is on the main road, so you don’t get a good view from your window ;) the hotel ist next to a big Mall where you can eat cheap and buy some supplies. There is not a lot to do in Puerto Princesa though… the town itself isn’t very charming. You can book tours in the hotel if you like. This worked quiet well. The pool is nice, again, with view on the main road. Staff is more than friendly, cocktails at the Poland are good and prices are ok. you get pool towels which is great.
